Matt’s primary area of practice is commercial real estate. He has extensive experience representing developers, investors and business owners in a wide variety of commercial real estate matters, including development projects, joint ventures, real estate investments and dispositions, leasing, 1031 exchanges, and construction and permanent financing.

  • Representing a national retail developer in the acquisition and development of multiple parcels for $65 million shopping center

  • Representing a national investor in the disposition of $15 million single-tenant, triple-net facility

  • Representing one of the world’s largest financial institutions in the leasing and disposition of retail locations

  • Representing developer in leasing newly constructed shopping center

  • Representing a national company in the acquisition of industrial sites for re-development as mini-storage
